Student Academic Excellence Incentive Program

Our Mission

The Student Academic Excellence Incentive Program (SAEIP) motivates students in grades 6–12 to pursue academic excellence through mentorship, encouragement, quarterly achievement recognition, and academic performance incentives.

Objectives

Motivate students in grades 6–12 to achieve academic excellence.
Provide mentors who encourage students, support academic goals, and serve as accountability partners and advocates.
Recognize students quarterly through awards events and financial incentives tied to academic performance.
Encourage measurable improvement in each student’s grade point average.

Open to students in grades 6–12.
Requires registration with parent or guardian approval.
Requires students to commit to striving for academic excellence.
Requires students to submit final grades each quarter.

Program Parameters

Student Incentives

Students are offered mentorship for academic support and encouragement.
Students may receive academic performance incentives based on quarterly grades.
- $100 per quarter for all A’s
- $10 for each A
- $8 for each B
- $0 for C’s and below
Year-end bonuses may be awarded to the most improved student and to students who earn straight A’s.
Students may participate in enrichment opportunities such as quarterly essay contests, peer-to-peer tutoring, field trips, and social events.

Program Funding

SAEIP is funded by sponsors who believe that academic encouragement and meaningful incentives can help students build confidence, strengthen achievement, and prepare for future success.
One hundred percent of proceeds from this initiative go directly to students based on their academic performance each quarter.
Contribution statements for tax purposes are available upon request.
When contributing electronically, by check, or by cash, please indicate that your gift is for “Student Incentive.”

Any amount is welcome; some sponsors give weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Support for one student is approximately $100 per quarter or $400 per year, and the current annual program budget is about $10,000.
